  • 1:1private coaching
  • 1,500sq ft, private

Built for adults 40 to 70

“I feel like my health is slipping away, and I don't know how to stop it.”

If that sounds familiar, you're who we built this for. Lawyers, CEOs, business owners, managers and supervisors: people who've put their careers first and are ready to put their strength back on the calendar.

  • Muscle loss after 40

After 40, muscle doesn't take care of itself. Coached strength training puts you back in control.

  • You've never seen your numbers

Most people over 40 have never seen their body composition numbers. An InBody scan shows you where you actually stand.

  • Nagging aches

Lower back, knees, hips, shoulders, neck, upper back, shins. Tell your coach, and it's part of the plan from day one.

  • You want to feel like yourself again

Lose weight, feel healthier, and get back the confidence of being strong, capable, and looking the part.

Getting started

What is the free Performance Launch consult?

Every new member, and anyone thinking about joining, gets a free Performance Launch consult at FIG Performance. Studies of gym members show most people never reach the goal they joined for, and a clear plan gives you the best shot. In your consult, you share the goals that matter most to you, complete an InBody scan, and work through a few movements chosen around those goals. Then we build you a roadmap showing exactly what it takes to reach the finish line as fast as possible.

How does the free consult work?

Answer a few quick questions below and leave your number. Dan will reach out by text or call to set it up. The consult takes about an hour: an assessment, your goals, and a game plan.

Personal training leads get a consult this week. Membership leads get a tour during pre-opening week.

What happens in my first personal training session?

Your first workout at Fig Performance is a strength assessment. We take you through a warm-up, the strength assessment, and a cool-down. Then we review how it all works together: how the training works, how nutrition works, the accountability, the InBody scans, red light therapy, and vibration therapy. Every client is re-tested with the strength assessment once a month, so we can make sure you're on the right path.

I don’t know if this will work for me. How do I find out?

That's exactly what the free consult is for. It runs about an hour: an assessment, a conversation about your goals, and a game plan. You'll know what training here would look like before you commit to anything.

Progress is measured, not guessed: you start with an InBody body-composition scan and re-scan to see what's changing.

I don’t have time. How does this fit a busy schedule?

The facility is staffed Monday to Saturday, 5 AM to 8 PM, so you can train before work, at lunch, or after work. Personal training is booked by appointment around your calendar.

With no crowds and no lines for equipment, the time you do have goes into training.

I have back, knee, hip or shoulder pain. Can I still train?

Tell Dan about it in the quiz or at your consult so it's part of your plan from day one. If you're under a doctor's care for an injury, check with your doctor before starting a new program.
